世界咖啡冲煮大赛中国区总决赛，贵阳开赛！The World Coffee Brewing Competition China Finals will kick off in Guiyang!

今日（7月16日），2026“爽爽贵阳·世界风味餐饮消费周”暨世界咖啡冲煮大赛中国区总决赛在贵阳万象城正式开赛，40余名全国顶尖咖啡选手同台竞技，以专业实力角逐全国最高荣誉。这是该项顶级赛事首次离开上长三角、落户西南地区，赛事为期4天。

本次大赛汇聚 40 余名来自全国各地的顶尖咖啡冲煮选手同台角逐，争夺全国咖啡冲煮最高荣誉。赛事设置指定冲煮、自选冲煮两大比拼赛道，全方位检验选手专业水准与创作能力。指定冲煮环节统一咖啡豆、用水、研磨标准，剔除外部干扰因素，专注考验选手萃取控制、操作基本功等硬核专业能力；自选冲煮环节则给予选手充分创作空间，参赛者可自主设计冲煮配方与操作思路，搭配舞台展演表达个人咖啡理念，展现多元创意咖啡美学。市民可现场近距离观摩选手同台竞技，直观感受国内顶尖咖啡赛事的专业魅力，见证新一届全国咖啡冠军诞生。

赛事同期，贵阳超级引力咖啡节同步启幕，打造全民共享的咖啡消费盛会。活动现场集结 60 余家国内外优质咖啡品牌参展，阵容规模空前。其中本土咖啡品牌占半数以上，集中展示贵阳本土咖啡产业发展活力与独具特色的黔式咖啡风味；另有 3 家国际咖啡品牌首次进驻贵阳，带来全球前沿咖啡潮流与特色风味产品，市民足不出城即可一站式体验世界各地咖啡风情。

赛事落幕之后，主办方还将推出 “我们是冠军” 咖啡冠军探访贵阳 “五精” 特色系列活动。赛事冠军、国际专业评审将联合贵阳本土咖啡行业领队，分三条线路走访市内特色咖啡门店，实地调研贵阳咖啡文旅融合、烘焙全产业链发展现状，围绕本地咖啡产业未来发展方向开展交流研讨。

本次活动将专业咖啡竞技与城市消费潮流深度融合，以咖啡为纽带展现爽爽贵阳独特城市魅力。为期四天的盛会兼具专业竞技、潮流市集、行业交流多重亮点，市民可前往贵阳万象城观专业赛事、逛咖啡市集、品鉴多元咖香，感受属于林城的夏日咖香。

Today (July 16th), the 2026 "Shuangshuang Guiyang · World Flavor Catering Consumption Week" and the China Finals of the World Coffee Brewing Competition officially kicked off at the Wanda Plaza in Guiyang. More than 40 top national coffee players competed on the same stage, competing for the highest honor in the country with their professional strength. This is the first time that this top-level event has left the Yangtze River Delta and settled in the southwest region, with a duration of 4 days.

This competition brings together more than 40 top coffee brewing players from all over the country to compete on the same stage, vying for the highest honor in national coffee brewing. The competition is set up with two major competition tracks: designated brewing and self selected brewing, to comprehensively test the professional level and creative ability of the contestants. Standardize the brewing process for coffee beans, water, and grinding, eliminate external interference factors, and focus on testing the players' hard core professional abilities such as extraction control and basic operation skills; The optional brewing process provides ample creative space for participants, who can independently design brewing formulas and operational ideas, and express their personal coffee concepts through stage performances, showcasing diverse creative coffee aesthetics. Citizens can observe athletes competing on the same stage up close on-site, experiencing the professional charm of top domestic coffee competitions and witnessing the birth of a new national coffee champion.

At the same time as the competition, the Guiyang Super Gravity Coffee Festival kicked off simultaneously, creating a coffee consumption event shared by the whole nation. More than 60 high-quality coffee brands from home and abroad gathered at the event site, with an unprecedented lineup size. More than half of them are local coffee brands, showcasing the vitality of Guiyang's local coffee industry and the unique Guizhou style coffee flavor; Three international coffee brands have also entered Guiyang for the first time, bringing global cutting-edge coffee trends and specialty flavor products. Citizens can experience coffee styles from all over the world in one stop without leaving the city.

After the event, the organizers will also launch the "We Are Champions" coffee champion visit to Guiyang's "Five Excellences" special series of activities. The champion of the competition and international professional judges will join forces with local coffee industry leaders in Guiyang to visit specialty coffee shops in the city on three routes, conduct on-site research on the current development status of the coffee culture tourism integration and baking industry chain in Guiyang, and carry out exchanges and discussions around the future development direction of the local coffee industry.
