2026年世界人工智能大会（WAIC）明天启幕，而在上海，人工智能以最接地气的方式，正悄悄融入市民生活的方方面面。

抬头看天，上海的气象系统从播报变成大模型下的“智慧预判”。上海科学智能研究院与复旦大学等机构联合打造的全球气象大模型“伏羲”，实时分析卫星遥感数据，预测天气变化的趋势。上海市气象局自研的“雨师”大模型，将强对流预警的分辨率从3公里提升至1公里，预警提前量从30分钟延长至45分钟，精准定位即将下雨的街镇。每一条精准的天气预测，背后都是人工智能对海量气象数据的深度学习与推演。

低头看路，上海市公安局交管总队研发并投入实战的“交通治堵大模型”，快速疏通拥堵，保障高峰期的通畅出行。大模型以“易的PASS”系统为基础，通过路口的高清摄像头“看见”实况，短短几秒内就能识别异常拥堵情况，并调整信号灯控制策略。截至2025年底，治堵大模型已在全市360个路口投入应用，平均车速提升12.9%。今年10月底前，有望完成1800余个路口的系统部署。

再逛逛上海街头。走进位于西岸模速空间，美妙悠扬的AI无弦吉他声悄然响起。模速空间是上海AI生态的重要展示窗口，集结了500余款全球前沿AI终端，并有丰富多彩的体验项目供游客互动。

临近世界人工智能大会开幕，体验空间里客流明显增加。有游客佩戴AI眼睛，体验解放双手的拍照录像体验；也有游客与AI萌宠亲密互动，体验科技带来的解压与治愈。

更多的游客则围在机器狗大头边上。这个机器萌宠能够通过远程遥控的方式，将实时画面传导到手机，为将来老人和孩童的看护提供全新的可能。

从一杯机器人手冲的咖啡，到一条精准的天气预警；从一个会思考的红绿灯，再到一次沉浸式的AI互动体验，人工智能在上海，早已不是展厅里的概念，而是街头巷尾的日常。这正是2026年上海AI生态的缩影，世界人工智能大会不只是一场行业盛会，而更像是一个全民参与的节庆。

2018年，首届世界人工智能大会在上海举办时，上海规模以上人工智能企业仅183家，产业规模约1340亿元。2025年，上海394家规上AI企业产业规模达6370亿元，同比增长39.5%，形成了大模型、AI芯片、智能机器人、算力基建全覆盖的完整产业生态。

而这些发展的背后，一年一度的世界人工智能大会也已经成为外界观察中国AI产业迭代、全球智能科技创新的核心窗口；更是见证奇迹、搭建共识互信平台，共创融合未来的机会。

傍晚，徐汇滨江步道上，一位妈妈抱着孩子，来到商汤善惠推出的SenseMartGo机器人商店，一根热腾腾的烤肠稳稳地从机器人手中递出。江边的风吹散空气中的热浪，对于这个“AI时代的原住民”来说，这只是日常场景；他不知道，这一幕，却是很多人期待的“未来已来”。

The 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC) will kick off tomorrow, and in Shanghai, artificial intelligence is quietly integrating into every aspect of citizens' lives in the most down-to-earth way possible.

Looking up at the sky, Shanghai's meteorological system has transformed from broadcasting to "intelligent prediction" under a large model. The global meteorological model "Fuxi" jointly developed by Shanghai Institute of Scientific Intelligence and Fudan University, among other institutions, analyzes satellite remote sensing data in real-time and predicts the trend of weather changes. The "Rain Master" large model developed by the Shanghai Meteorological Bureau has increased the resolution of severe convective warning from 3 kilometers to 1 kilometer, and extended the warning advance from 30 minutes to 45 minutes, accurately locating streets and towns that are about to rain. Behind every accurate weather forecast is the deep learning and deduction of massive meteorological data by artificial intelligence.

Looking down at the road, the Shanghai Public Security Bureau Traffic Management Team has developed and put into practical use the "Traffic Congestion Control Model" to quickly clear congestion and ensure smooth travel during peak hours. The large model is based on the "EasyPASS" system, which "sees" the real-time situation through high-definition cameras at intersections. In just a few seconds, it can identify abnormal congestion situations and adjust signal light control strategies. By the end of 2025, the congestion control model has been applied at 360 intersections in the city, with an average speed increase of 12.9%. By the end of October this year, it is expected to complete the system deployment of over 1800 intersections.

Strolling through the streets of Shanghai again. Entering the West Coast Model Speed Space, the beautiful and melodious sound of AI string less guitar quietly resounds. Model Speed Space is an important showcase of Shanghai's AI ecosystem, gathering over 500 cutting-edge AI terminals from around the world and offering a variety of interactive experience projects for visitors.

Approaching the opening of the World Artificial Intelligence Conference, there has been a significant increase in passenger flow in the experience space. Tourists wear AI eyes to experience a hands-free photography and video recording experience; Some tourists also have intimate interactions with AI pets, experiencing the decompression and healing brought by technology.

From a cup of coffee brewed by a robot hand to a precise weather warning; From a thought-provoking traffic light to an immersive AI interactive experience, artificial intelligence in Shanghai is no longer just a concept in exhibition halls, but a daily routine on the streets and alleys. This is a microcosm of the AI ecosystem in Shanghai in 2026. The World Artificial Intelligence Conference is not just an industry event, but more like a festival with the participation of the whole nation.

In 2018, when the first World Artificial Intelligence Conference was held in Shanghai, there were only 183 large-scale artificial intelligence enterprises with an industry scale of approximately 134 billion yuan. By 2025, the industrial scale of 394 large-scale AI enterprises in Shanghai will reach 637 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 39.5%, forming a complete industrial ecosystem covering large models, AI chips, intelligent robots, and computing infrastructure.
