8000家门店织就满城咖啡香
咖啡,早已融入广州的城市呼吸。
它是“早八人”的通勤水,写字楼里的下午茶,社区邻里的小聚闲谈,老街巷里的文旅打卡。珠江新城快取店前排起长队,东山口洋楼小院里香气浮动,永庆坊骑楼下咖啡与岭南风情相映成趣。天河六运小区每150平方米便有一家咖啡店,密度冠绝全国,被业内称作“咖啡奥林匹克街区”。星罗棋布的店铺,勾勒出一座城的日常烟火与生活诗意。
一杯广州咖啡,满是消费活力。截至2025年底,全市咖啡门店8000多家,全国第二、华南第一。2025年,广州饮料及冷饮服务(咖啡+新式茶饮)营业额同比增长22.8%,为餐饮消费最强引擎,增速远超全市社零平均水平。

更让广州咖啡“出圈”的,是产品创新力。广州咖啡师深谙“食在广州”的精髓,把广府风物揉进杯中:玉兰花Dirty清润如晚风,老广州Dirty带着水葡萄与莲雾的清甜,陈皮冷萃醇厚回甘,凉茶咖啡、牛杂咖啡大胆跨界,没有教条束缚,只有好喝好玩。
广州咖啡产业创意已吸引世界目光。在白云金达咖啡饮品城内,提供一站式茶咖开店全案服务的“万遇水吧”店中,来自北马其顿的商人西尔维娅低头认真记录果咖调配细节,笔记上写满配比与心得。“广州有现代的咖啡创意,我们当地年轻人很喜欢。”她要把这份灵感带去家乡。这家店铺,每月要接待二三十批远道而来的海外客商,单次合作金额常达数百万元。

咖啡产业链推动上下游及文旅消费
街头飘香的每一杯咖啡,背后都连着一条产业链。由工厂、仓库、展会、门店共同织就的产业生态,已支撑起广州咖啡产业的数百亿元体量。
在广州现代化烘焙车间里,咖啡豆在智能烘豆机中翻滚,焦糖香气弥漫。以给力咖啡为代表的企业,年烘焙量突破3000吨,一天就能为市场供应36万杯咖啡,稳定地支撑着华南6000多家咖啡店的日常出品,甚至在去年以高端精品咖啡打开海外市场。精品烘焙工坊里,师傅们专注于风味调配,让来自世界各地的生豆,在广州焕发出独特口感。咖啡贸易与烘焙板块年营收稳定在80亿—120亿元,成为产业的坚实底座。
咖啡设备与器具的制造,更让广州拥有了走向世界的硬实力。在黄埔的生产车间里,一台台智能咖啡机完成组装调试,它们搭载自主研发的物联网系统,可远程监控、智能出杯,最终远销100多个国家和地区。仅技诺智能一家企业就拥有年产26万台整机的规模化产能,全自动化咖啡机核心模组中,单条生产线年产能就达40万套。其产品出口占比高达70%,其中对咖啡品质最为讲究的欧洲市场占比最高,产品已成功打入意大利、日本等咖啡传统消费强国,让“广州智造”在全球市场站稳脚跟。咖啡设备与器具板块年营收达50亿—80亿元,成为产业增长的新亮点。
