2026“爽爽贵阳·世界风味餐饮消费周”暨2026WBrC世界咖啡冲煮大赛中国区总决赛将于7月16日至19日在贵州省贵阳市举行。这是该项顶级咖啡赛事首次落地贵阳,也是贵阳作为“咖啡冠军之城”的又一高光时刻。

本次赛事由国内唯一主办单位上海博华举办,是通往WBrC世界咖啡冲煮大赛总决赛的重要选拔通道。中国赛区历经11个月,先后在成都、澳门、深圳、台州、拉萨、贵阳等9个赛区巡回选拔,最终40余位顶尖冲煮选手齐聚贵阳展开巅峰对决。赛事分为“指定冲煮”与“自选冲煮”两大环节——前者比拼选手在严格统一标准下的技术硬实力,后者则由选手自主设计创意展演,考验对咖啡风味的深度理解与美学表达。7月19日,中国区总冠军将在贵阳诞生。

赛事期间,贵阳万象城将同步开启“超级引力咖啡节”,60余家国内外头部咖啡品牌集中亮相,其中30余家为贵阳首进,更汇聚日本、英国等国际品牌及本土知名品牌,搭建起全国头部与本土咖啡企业深度对话的行业平台,为消费者带来浓厚的咖啡文化体验。

7月17日至19日,最具互动性的“冠军回吧台”环节同步在现场举办。彭近洋(2025世界咖啡冲煮大赛全球总冠军)、徐可馨(2026世界咖啡师大赛深圳赛区冠军)、强华(CCL中国咖啡联盟冲煮评审委员会委员)、梁嘉宸(2026世界咖啡师大赛中国区季军)、雷鸣(中国咖啡冲煮大赛评审)等多位冠军级主理人将轮番现身咖啡摊位,面对面为市民冲煮咖啡、分享理念;同时,251咖啡、蛋泥咖啡等本土品牌也会同步出品咖啡,冠军与品牌在吧台同台对话。消费者无需报名、不设门槛,到现场即可享受“冠军级”咖啡体验。

The 2026 "Refreshing Guiyang · World Flavor Catering Consumption Week" and the 2026WBrC World Coffee Brewing Competition China Finals will be held in Guiyang, Guizhou Province from July 16th to 19th. This competition is hosted by Shanghai Bohua, the only domestic organizer, and is an important selection channel leading to the final of the WBrC World Coffee Brewing Competition. After 11 months of touring selection in 9 regions including Chengdu, Macau, Shenzhen, Taizhou, Lhasa, and Guiyang, the China region finally gathered over 40 top brewing contestants in Guiyang for a peak showdown. The competition is divided into two parts: "designated brewing" and "self selected brewing" - the former competes with contestants' technical strength under strict unified standards, while the latter is designed and creatively exhibited by contestants themselves, testing their deep understanding and aesthetic expression of coffee flavor. On July 19th, the China regional champion will be born in Guiyang.

During the competition, Guiyang MixC will simultaneously launch the "Super Gravity Coffee Festival", with more than 60 domestic and foreign top coffee brands appearing, including more than 30 first-time entrants from Guiyang. It will also gather international brands such as Japan and the UK, as well as well-known local brands, to build an industry platform for in-depth dialogue between top national and local coffee companies, bringing consumers a strong coffee culture experience.

From July 17th to 19th, the most interactive "Champion Returns to the Bar" event will be held on-site simultaneously. Peng Jinyang (Global Champion of the 2025 World Coffee Brewing Competition), Xu Kexin (Champion of the Shenzhen Division of the 2026 World Barista Competition), Qianghua (Member of the Brewing Evaluation Committee of the CCL China Coffee Alliance), Liang Jiachen (Third Prize of the 2026 World Barista Competition in China), Lei Ming (Judge of the China Coffee Brewing Competition) and other championship level managers will take turns appearing at coffee stalls to brew coffee for citizens and share their ideas face-to-face; At the same time, local brands such as 251 Coffee and Eggnog Coffee will also produce coffee simultaneously, and the champion and the brand will have a dialogue at the bar counter. Consumers do not need to register or set any thresholds, and can enjoy a "champion level" coffee experience at the venue.

Guiyang is known as the "City of Coffee Champions" and boasts over 3000 coffee shops. On July 20th, after the final of the 2026WBrC World Coffee Brewing Competition in China, the Guiyang Municipal Bureau of Commerce will invite the champion contestants and international judges of this competition, together with the champion team leader of Guiyang Coffee, to visit local small and micro coffee shops in Nanming, Yunyan, and Guanshanhu commercial districts in three groups, visiting Italian, handmade, and creative specialty coffee shops, and driving the development of Guiyang's coffee industry chain.

The landing of the "Refreshing Guiyang · World Flavor Catering Consumption Week" and the 2026WBrC World Coffee Brewing Competition China Finals is another vivid practice of Guiyang's implementation of the "Five Refinements" cultural and tourism consumption strategy. Guiyang MixC has successfully landed a national top-level coffee event IP with an innovative model of "events+coffee+consumption", introducing and linking top national brands with local coffee enterprises for deep co creation.
