赛事举办期间,“超级引力咖啡节”同步开启,为市民和游客打造沉浸式咖啡文化体验空间。7月17日至19日,最具互动性的“冠军回吧台”环节在现场持续开展。2025世界咖啡冲煮大赛全球总冠军彭近洋、2026世界咖啡师大赛深圳赛区冠军徐可馨、CCL中国咖啡联盟冲煮评审委员会委员强华、2026世界咖啡师大赛中国区季军梁嘉宸、中国咖啡冲煮大赛评审雷鸣等多位冠军级主理人轮番现身咖啡摊位,面对面为市民冲煮咖啡、分享创作理念。同时,多家本土咖啡品牌也在现场同步出品特色饮品,冠军技艺与本土风味在同一吧台对话碰撞,让消费者无需报名、不设门槛,即可零距离感受“冠军级”咖啡体验。

据悉,贵阳市将邀请中国区总决赛冠军选手及国际评审,与贵阳本土咖啡冠军领队分三组深入南明区、云岩区和观山湖区的主要商圈,走访意式、手冲、创意特调本土小微咖啡店,带动贵阳咖啡产业链发展。

From July 16th to 19th, the 2026 "Shuangshuang Guiyang · World Flavor Catering Consumption Week" and the 2026WBrC World Coffee Brewing Competition China Finals will be held in Guiyang. This is the first time that this international top-level coffee competition has landed in Guiyang, known as the "City of Coffee Champions", marking an important step in the integration of the coffee industry chain and the event economy in this city with over 3000 coffee category stores.

As an important selection channel leading to the global finals of the WBrC World Coffee Brewing Competition, this year's China region competition lasted for 11 months and conducted touring selections in 9 regions including Chengdu, Macau, Shenzhen, Taizhou, Lhasa, and Guiyang. Eventually, more than 40 top brewing players were selected to compete in Guiyang. The competition consists of two main stages: "designated brewing" and "optional brewing" - the former competes with contestants' technical strength under strict and unified standards, while the latter is designed and creatively demonstrated by contestants themselves, testing their deep understanding and aesthetic expression of coffee flavor. On July 19th, the China regional champion will be born in Guiyang.

Guiyang has over 3000 coffee shops with a rich coffee culture and a high density of stores, ranking among the top in the country. During the event, the "Super Gravity Coffee Festival" will be launched simultaneously, creating an immersive coffee culture experience space for citizens and tourists. From July 17th to 19th, the most interactive "Champion Returns to the Bar" event will continue on site. Peng Jinyang, the global champion of the 2025 World Coffee Brewing Competition, Xu Kexin, the champion of the Shenzhen division of the 2026 World Barista Competition, Qiang Hua, a member of the CCL China Coffee Alliance Brewing Evaluation Committee, Liang Jiachen, the third place winner of the 2026 World Barista Competition in China, and Lei Ming, a judge of the China Coffee Brewing Competition, took turns appearing at coffee stalls to brew coffee for citizens and share their creative ideas face-to-face. At the same time, multiple local coffee brands are also simultaneously producing specialty drinks on site. Champion skills and local flavors collide and converse at the same bar, allowing consumers to experience the "champion level" coffee experience up close without registration or threshold requirements.

It is reported that Guiyang City will invite the champion contestants and international judges of the China Regional Finals to work with the local coffee champion team leader of Guiyang in three groups to visit the main business districts of Nanming District, Yunyan District, and Guanshanhu District, visiting Italian, handmade, and creative local small and micro coffee shops, and driving the development of Guiyang's coffee industry chain.

In recent years, Guiyang city has continued to cultivate a coffee culture soil, and local coffee brands have flourished. The landing of this competition is another vivid practice of Guiyang City's implementation of the "Five Refinements" cultural and tourism consumption strategy.
