7月16日至19日,2026“爽爽贵阳·世界风味餐饮消费周”暨2026WBrC世界咖啡冲煮大赛中国区总决赛在贵阳万象城举行。期间,云集各大咖啡赛事冠军的“超级引力咖啡节”也在贵阳万象城1号门外广场同步开启。

近年来,贵阳咖啡业态高速发展,全市咖啡门店突破3000家,咖啡店密度位居全国前列,是名副其实的“咖啡之城”。云集全国各大赛事冠军的“超级引力咖啡节”进一步搭建起全国头部品牌与本土咖啡企业深度交流、互促共进的行业平台,让省内外消费者沉浸式感受贵阳浓厚的咖啡氛围与独特的咖啡文化魅力。

“这次咖啡节有不少贵阳本土咖啡品牌,也有外省品牌过来参展,我过来就是想尝尝各式各样不一样的咖啡。”贵阳市民小米是一位咖啡爱好者,咖啡节举行第一天便来到现场打卡,“今天至少要喝七八家咖啡。”

为了品尝全国各地的高品质咖啡,来自云南大理的游客陈晨一早就来到现场。“我本身从事相关行业,所以对咖啡比较感兴趣。我知道贵阳不少门店都出过全国咖啡赛事的冠军,这次来也想去这些门店打卡。”陈晨告诉记者,她知道贵州铜仁是“中国抹茶之都”,她非常期待未来贵阳能够举办以抹茶为主题的咖啡节,让本土抹茶风味与精品咖啡碰撞融合,打造独具贵州特色的创意咖啡体验。

咖啡节现场热闹非凡,每个摊位前都围满前来打卡品鉴的市民和游客。其中,贵阳本土品牌GTScoffee Roasters摊位的特调咖啡“老贵阳米花”格外受顾客青睐。

“我们为这款咖啡调制了米乳,味道就像我们小时候在路边吃到的那种黑色锅炉炸出来的老式爆米花,是我们店里推荐外地游客必打卡的照片产品。”GTScoffee Roasters主理人马晴向记者介绍, 该品牌2014年在贵阳市陕西路开设咖啡工作室,扎根本地咖啡行业已有12年。“贵阳很早就有咖啡文化,但以前大家对于精品咖啡的接受度并不高,这几年大家慢慢愿意尝试精品咖啡和一些浅烘的豆子了,甚至把国内外的咖啡品牌都邀请过来,在家门口就有很好的味觉体验,我觉得真的很棒。”马晴说。

作为首进贵阳的咖啡品牌之一,来自成都的马尾咖啡为“超级引力咖啡节”带来了别有风味的三款特调。

“我们带来的一个特调咖啡套组叫‘童年的纸飞机’,三款分别是‘芒果冰工厂’‘红豆沙冰棒’‘童年的玉米糖’。”马尾咖啡品控负责人丹丹向记者透露,三款特调的最大的亮点和创意就是不添加食材,却通过调配让咖啡产生对应的风味。“以这款‘红豆沙冰棒’为例,里面没有红豆沙,我们是将红宝石巧克力、树莓、酸角汁放入燕麦奶、茉莉花茶中搅打,再加入浓缩咖啡,结合产生新风味。”

丹丹告诉记者,虽然马尾咖啡是第一次参加贵阳的咖啡节,但其实马尾咖啡早在七八年前就与贵阳本土品牌乔治队长咖啡进行了合作,与贵阳渊源颇深。“贵阳的消费者很热情,期待我们来贵阳开店。”

As one of the first coffee brands to enter Guiyang, Mawei Coffee from Chengdu has brought three unique flavors to the "Super Gravity Coffee Festival".
