彭近洋这个名字,在咖啡圈就是“天花板”的代名词。2025年,他在印尼雅加达一举拿下世界咖啡冲煮大赛全球总冠军,2022年、2024年蝉联中国区冠军。他创立的“乔治队长”咖啡师团队,更是连续五年包揽中国区冠军。彭近洋高中时就立志成为咖啡师,从贵州师范大学旁的小店起步,到今天在高新区建起年产值突破2000万元的咖啡工厂。这次他带来的,不仅有冠军配方拼配,还有他对咖啡的理解——相当于世界冠军给你开小灶。而曾获得2023世界咖啡冲煮大赛中国冠军的乔治队长咖啡烘焙师/品控主管李晋坤,也将与彭近洋一起现身“冠军回吧台”,他与彭近洋一起从纯粹的咖啡爱好者,一步步成长为深耕行业的咖啡从业者,乔治队长团队多年来持续征战各类专业咖啡赛事,斩获多项赛事冠军。

徐可馨,95后咖啡师,2023年世界咖啡师大赛中国南京赛区冠军,2026年深圳赛区冠军。她曾是射击运动员出身,把“瞄准靶心”的专注用在了每一杯咖啡上。Combos的招牌是将木姜子、青芒果等贵州食材融入创意咖啡——贵阳的山水,被她冲进了杯子里。

吾界咖啡 × 蛋泥咖啡

强华,CCL中国咖啡联盟冲煮评审委员会委员、全国咖啡冲煮大赛总评审长。从全职妈妈到咖啡国际评审,她用了十三年。她把“吾界”做成了贵阳咖啡培训的标杆,还开创了木姜子、威宁苹果等贵州食材的创意应用。她来做分享,相当于考试前出题老师给你划重点。

胡豆咖啡 × 25Gahwa咖瓦咖啡

梁嘉宸在今年七月初获得2026世界咖啡师大赛中国区季军。他的胡豆咖啡藏在云岩区一栋居民楼里,40平米的小店,“胡豆”取自贵阳话谐音。团队深耕赛事三年,从全国第五到全国第三,今年终于夺冠。他做的是创意浓缩,招牌款“柚子”是咖啡烈酒,“苹果”清爽适口——冠军小店的味道,这次不用钻居民楼就能喝到。

雷鸣,黑石咖啡主理人,中国咖啡冲煮大赛评审。黑石咖啡是贵阳最早一批精品咖啡开拓者,成立于2012年。雷鸣从选手一路做到评审,还开创了折耳根美式——熬煮折耳根汤水,反复试验浓度配比,才把那股“泥土味”驯化成独特的黔味咖啡。想试贵阳限定?找他聊就对了。

The biggest highlight of "Champion Returns to the Bar" is that the champion manager shares a bar with an independent brand, producing at both ends simultaneously.

On one hand, there are coffee champions, and on the other hand, there are emerging local brands. They stand behind the same table, one sharing their ideas, the other producing coffee, and customers can freely flow and chat while drinking. The atmosphere of "same platform dialogue" is more down-to-earth than any forum.

Captain George x 251 Coffee

The name Peng Jinyang is synonymous with "ceiling" in the coffee industry. In 2025, he won the global championship of the World Coffee Brewing Competition in Jakarta, Indonesia, and won the championship in China in 2022 and 2024. The "Captain George" barista team he founded has won the championship in the Chinese region for five consecutive years. Peng Jinyang aspired to become a barista in high school, starting from a small shop next to Guizhou Normal University and building a coffee factory with an annual output value exceeding 20 million yuan in the high-tech zone today. This time he brought not only championship formula blending, but also his understanding of coffee - it's like a world champion opening a small stove for you. And Li Jinkun, the coffee roaster/quality control supervisor of Captain George who won the 2023 World Coffee Brewing Competition in China, will also appear at the "Champion Return Bar" with Peng Jinyang. Together, he and Peng Jinyang have grown from pure coffee enthusiasts to coffee industry professionals. Captain George's team has been competing in various professional coffee competitions for many years and has won multiple championships.

Combos x Landing Tableland

Xu Kexin, born in 1995, is a barista who won the 2023 World Barista Competition in Nanjing, China and the 2026 Shenzhen competition. She used to be a shooting athlete and focused on "aiming at the bullseye" in every cup of coffee. Combos' signature is to incorporate Guizhou ingredients such as ginger and green mangoes into creative coffee - the mountains and waters of Guiyang, which she poured into her cup.

Wujie Coffee x Egg Mashed Coffee

Qiang Hua, member of the CCL China Coffee Alliance Brewing Evaluation Committee and Chief Reviewer of the National Coffee Brewing Competition. She went from being a full-time mom to an international coffee judge for thirteen years. She has made "Wujie" a benchmark for coffee training in Guiyang, and also pioneered the creative application of Guizhou ingredients such as Mujiangzi and Weining apples. She came to share, which is like the teacher marking the key points for you before the exam.

Hu Dou Coffee x 25Gahwa Coffee

Liang Jiachen won the third place in the China region of the 2026 World Barista Competition in early July this year. His Hu Dou coffee is hidden in a residential building in Yunyan District, a 40 square meter small shop. "Hu Dou" is a homophone of Guiyang dialect. The team has been deeply involved in the competition for three years, from fifth to third in the country, and finally won the championship this year. What he does is creative concentration, with his signature "grapefruit" being coffee liqueur and "apple" being refreshing and palatable - the taste of Champion's small shop, which can be enjoyed without drilling into residential buildings this time.

Black Stone Coffee x Kefu ha

Lei Ming, manager of Blackstone Coffee, judge of China Coffee Brewing Competition. Heishi Coffee is one of the earliest pioneers of boutique coffee in Guiyang, founded in 2012. Lei Ming has been judging from the contestants all the way, and has also created the American style of ear root breaking - boiling the soup of ear root breaking, and repeatedly testing the concentration ratio, so that the "earthy flavor" has been domesticated into a unique Guizhou flavor coffee. Do you want to try limited edition in Guiyang? Just talk to him.

How to play

Champion Returns to the Bar "adopts a champion sharing+brand production model. The champion manager shares coffee concepts on site, prepares at least 1-2 beverages, and explains them; Small brands simultaneously produce 2-3 types of coffee. Two companies share a bar counter and produce at both ends simultaneously. You can freely move around, drink and chat while watching the champion and independent brands "talk on the same stage".

There is no threshold for the sharing session, and you can listen, ask questions, and chat on site. The champion makes coffee right in front of you, and any problem can be thrown away face to face - this "one-on-one" experience is more effective than reading a hundred strategies.
