多元咖啡格局里的“云浮新印象”New Impressions of Cloud Floating in the Diversified Coffee Landscape

在云浮城乡，星岩古洞衍生咖啡馆，废弃猪圈改咖啡屋、悬崖矿场支起露营桌椅、旧礼堂飘出磨豆声、复古凤凰单车变身咖啡台。一杯咖啡，一头连着乡村振兴的乡土活力，一头牵着城市社区的邻里温情。这样差异化的咖啡空间发展格局，正在云浮大地悄然开花。
旧物新生：凤凰承奋斗底色
清晨时分，路过云城区三河洲花园门口，绿荫树下，一辆标识“凤凰”字样与图案的单车格外醒目。橙白相间的车身，搭配手工原木操作台，车架旁摆着折叠小桌椅、两三本书籍，咖啡豆香气漫过街边。
记者现场看到，短短两个小时，围着凤凰车咖啡台，上演着不同的生活片段：上班族倾诉工作压力、老人分享养老日常、年轻父母交流育儿心得……
凤凰自行车是几代人的集体记忆，更见证了云浮建市三十多年来的艰难与成就。这份旧时光符号革新后，在凤凰车咖啡台主理人邓小静这儿，被赋予咖啡新内涵，成为城市街巷低成本、轻量化的邻里交流小驿站。
“复古老物件自带沉静力量，路人远远看见，下意识就会放慢脚步。”邓小静与记者分享，“咖啡只是媒介，希望大家可以坐下来，聊聊工作烦恼、家常琐事。陌生人慢慢变成熟络街坊。”
邓小静告诉记者：“前几天下大雨，没想到有客人专门过来买咖啡。我当时特别感慨，那一刻就突然领悟到，生活里美好的事情其实更多，关键还是看自己的心态。”
“万事万物，都有它独有的风味和感受，我希望能把这些完整传递给客人。”炎热夏季，这家凤凰单车咖啡台只卖热咖啡。“冰咖啡萃取出来的口感会比热咖啡淡一些。我个人坚持用热咖啡的方式，不同的温度有不同的口味，与人聊起咖啡的时候，这杯咖啡恰好品味各种人生滋味。”
城乡同频，共绘慢生活版图
街头人流中的凤凰单车咖啡台，并非云浮独一份的咖啡风景。在云城区安塘街道下白村，废弃猪圈改造的“下小白咖啡屋”，以旧物焕新留住乡韵。在云安区富林镇高二村，旧礼堂变身“稻声餐咖”，微改造保留乡村历史印记。在新兴县车岗镇梵磬谷，依托废弃矿场打造“悬崖咖啡”，串联山林古村打造文旅线路。除此之外，九星岩“山肆咖啡”藏于山林、象窝山野“小象咖啡”拥抱田园。
乡村咖啡聚焦闲置资源盘活、乡村文旅融合，带动村民就业、农副产品销售。城市单车咖啡联动社区邻里关系，以轻量化业态安放普通人的情绪与闲暇。二者场景不同、定位有别，却拥有完全一致的内核：在快节奏的浪潮中，为每一位愿意慢下来的人提供空间。
一乡一城双向呼应，打破城乡休闲场景的边界，让“慢生活”不再局限于郊外景区，而是渗透进日常通勤、散步遛弯的城市日常。
以咖为媒，塑云浮包容气质
无论是乡村咖啡馆，还是街巷单车咖啡台，一杯咖啡承载的早已不止饮品消费，而是多元的社会价值。
“我借着凤凰单车咖啡台，体会不同人的心情，同时把自己的感受分享出去，这是一种很有温度的人与人之间的联结。”邓小静的感悟，道出云浮咖啡新业态的内核。
记者在与邓小静交流中获知，2006年毕业后，她便探索创业，两年后开营一家服装店，三年后因居家照顾孩子关掉服装店。直到2020年，才开启第二段护肤品店创业经历，但维持半年后倒闭。之后岁月中，一直从事社区服务工作。
“现在鼓起勇气走出来，做热爱多年的咖啡，是真心喜欢和不同的人交流建立联结。其次是推广咖啡文化，让更多人知道咖啡不只有苦涩的口味，还有口感更柔和的品类。”在这里，远嫁海外的故人重逢、创业商户互诉难处、独居老人收获陪伴。

In urban and rural areas of Yunfu, Xingyan Ancient Cave has spawned cafes, abandoned pig pens have been transformed into coffee houses, camping tables and chairs have been erected in cliff mines, the sound of grinding beans is heard in old auditoriums, and retro phoenix bicycles have been transformed into coffee tables. A cup of coffee, connected to the vitality of rural revitalization on one end, and the warmth of neighbors in urban communities on the other end. This differentiated coffee space development pattern is quietly blossoming on the earth.
Old Things Reborn: Phoenix Inherits the Foundation of Struggle
In the early morning, passing by the entrance of Sanhe Zhou Garden in Yuncheng District, under the green trees, a bicycle with the words and patterns of "Phoenix" is particularly eye-catching. The orange and white body of the car is matched with a handmade wooden workbench, and there are folding tables and chairs, two or three books next to the frame. The aroma of coffee beans permeates the street.
The reporter saw on site that in just two hours, different life scenes were staged around the Phoenix Car coffee table: office workers pouring out their work pressure, elderly people sharing their daily retirement experiences, young parents exchanging parenting tips
Phoenix bicycles are a collective memory of several generations, and have witnessed the difficulties and achievements of Yunfu City over the past thirty years. After the renovation of this old time symbol, it has been given a new meaning to coffee by Deng Xiaojing, the manager of Phoenix Car Coffee Station, and has become a low-cost and lightweight neighborhood communication station in urban streets and alleys.
Vintage old objects have their own calming power, and when passersby see them from afar, they instinctively slow down their pace, "Deng Xiaojing shared with reporters." Coffee is just a medium, and I hope everyone can sit down and chat about work troubles and household chores. Strangers gradually become familiar neighbors
Deng Xiaojing told reporters, "A few days ago, it rained heavily, and I didn't expect some customers to come specifically to buy coffee. I was particularly emotional at that time, and at that moment, I suddenly realized that there are actually more beautiful things in life, and the key is to see one's own mentality
Everything has its own unique flavor and feeling, and I hope to fully convey these to customers. In the hot summer, this Phoenix bicycle coffee stand only sells hot coffee. The taste extracted from iced coffee is lighter than that of hot coffee. Personally, I insist on using hot coffee, which has different flavors at different temperatures. When talking about coffee with people, this cup of coffee happens to taste various flavors of life
Urban and rural areas sharing the same frequency, jointly drawing the map of slow life
The Phoenix bicycle coffee table amidst the crowds on the streets is not the only coffee scenery in Yunfu. In Xiabai Village, Antang Street, Yuncheng District, the abandoned pigsty has been transformed into the "Xiaxiaobai Coffee House", which revitalizes the old and retains the charm of the village. In Gao'er Village, Fulin Town, Yun'an District, the old auditorium has been transformed into a "Rice Sound Restaurant", with a slight renovation preserving the historical imprint of the countryside. In Fanqing Valley, Chegang Town, Xinxing County, relying on abandoned mines to create "Cliff Coffee", connecting ancient villages in the mountains and forests to create a cultural and tourism route. In addition, Jiuxingyan's "Shansi Coffee" is hidden in the mountains and forests, while Xiangwo Mountain's "Little Elephant Coffee" embraces the countryside.
Rural coffee focuses on revitalizing idle resources and integrating rural culture and tourism, driving employment opportunities for villagers and sales of agricultural and sideline products. Urban bicycle coffee links community neighborhood relationships, using lightweight formats to accommodate the emotions and leisure of ordinary people. The two have different scenarios and positioning, but they share the same core: providing space for anyone willing to slow down in the fast-paced wave.
The two-way coordination of one township and one city breaks the boundaries of urban and rural leisure scenes, allowing "slow life" to no longer be limited to suburban scenic spots, but to penetrate into daily commuting, walking and strolling urban daily life.
Using coffee as a medium, shaping Yunfu's inclusive temperament
Whether it's a rural caf é or a street bike caf é, a cup of coffee carries not only beverage consumption, but also diverse social values.
I use the Phoenix Bike Coffee Stand to experience the emotions of different people and share my feelings. This is a warm connection between people, "Deng Xiaojing's insight reveals the core of Yunfu Coffee's new business model.
The reporter learned from her communication with Deng Xiaojing that after graduating in 2006, she explored entrepreneurship and opened a clothing store two years later. Three years later, she closed the store to take care of her children at home. It wasn't until 2020 that I started my second skincare store entrepreneurial experience, but it lasted for six months before closing down. In the following years, I have been engaged in community service work.
Now gather the courage to step out and make coffee that you have loved for many years. It is a sincere love to communicate and establish connections with different people. Secondly, promote coffee culture, let more people know that coffee is not only bitter in taste, but also has softer tasting categories. Here, old friends who have married overseas reunite, entrepreneurial merchants share difficulties, and elderly people living alone receive companionship.
