走进云南思茅产业园区木乃河片区,浓郁的咖啡香扑面而来。普洱乌金咖啡有限责任公司的现代化加工车间内,智能设备高效运转,伴随着平稳有序的机械嗡鸣声,一颗颗色泽莹润的咖啡豆正经历着一场精密“蜕变”:德国PROBAT烘焙系统精准控温,挂耳、罐装、研磨生产线全速运转,每13分钟便有60公斤精品豆完成从生豆到产品的华丽转变。
2025—2026年咖啡产季临近尾声,企业产销依旧火热。乌金咖啡董事长王冰的手机不断响起,来自全国各地的客商纷纷追加订单,市场需求持续旺盛。“这个产季公司产量达2000多吨,产值超过8000万元。”王冰介绍。作为业内领先的现代化咖啡源头加工企业,乌金咖啡聚焦品质提升与技术升级,年综合加工能力达8000吨,工艺水平稳居国内一线,成为园区内产能最大、技术最先进的标杆,同时也成为普洱咖啡产业从“原料基地”向“精深加工高地”深刻转型的一个缩影。
精深加工的红火,离不开前端种植与初加工的坚实支撑。在位于宁洱哈尼族彝族自治县的普洱富民农业装备有限公司,一场“装备革命”正悄然改变着咖啡产业的基因。不久前,该公司自主研发的第五代“四级分选脱皮脱胶系统”亮相,一举攻克了加工环节的“卡脖子”难题。“这套专为商业豆大批量生产打造的核心装备,每小时可加工咖啡鲜果8吨,日加工能力由传统设备的20吨跃升至40吨,产能翻倍、单位损耗显著下降,在大幅提升加工效率的同时,以精准分级保障咖啡豆品质均一,有效推动优质豆占比稳步提升。”普洱富民农业装备有限公司董事长陈罡说,更可贵的是这套装备的“慧眼识珠”能力——它能将红果、黑果、绿果、病果精准分离,甚至对红果大小进行分级加工,有效提高产品精品率。这套兼具“大产能、精分级、低损耗”优势的国产咖啡加工装备,不仅国内市场评价很高,在国际市场也备受追捧,产品已销售到老挝,彰显了中国智造的竞争力。
从田间到杯盏,普洱咖啡全链条融合发展态势强劲。2025年以来,普洱市坚持向标准要质量、向金融要活力。当地发布《地理标志产品质量要求 普洱咖啡》国家标准,以标准引领产业规范化发展;同步设立咖啡产业股权投资基金和供应链公司,为全链条注入金融活水,有效破解了企业融资难题。与此同时,普洱市稳步实施“普洱咖啡师”万人培训计划,培育精品咖啡庄园,健全“企业+村集体+咖农”利益联结机制,让小农户深度嵌入产业链、分享增值收益。随着孟连精品咖啡街区、“美丽星村·有风咖谷”等特色空间的亮相,农文旅深度融合正拓展着咖啡产业的多元价值边界。

Each coffee bean with a bright color is undergoing a precise "transformation": the German PROBAT roasting system precisely controls temperature, and the hanging, canning, and grinding production lines run at full speed. Every 13 minutes, 60 kilograms of high-quality beans complete the magnificent transformation from green beans to products.
The coffee production season of 2025-2026 is coming to an end, and enterprise production and sales remain hot. This production season, the company's output reached over 2000 tons, with an output value exceeding 80 million yuan, "Wang Bing introduced. The flourishing of deep processing cannot be separated from the solid support of front-end planting and initial processing. At Pu'er Fumin Agricultural Equipment Co., Ltd. located in Ning'er Hani and Yi Autonomous County, a "equipment revolution" is quietly changing the genes of the coffee industry. Not long ago, the company's independently developed fifth generation "four level sorting peeling and debonding system" made its debut, successfully overcoming the "bottleneck" problem in the processing stage. This core equipment, specially designed for large-scale production of commercial beans, can process 8 tons of fresh coffee fruit per hour, and the daily processing capacity has increased from 20 tons of traditional equipment to 40 tons. The production capacity has doubled and the unit loss has significantly decreased. While greatly improving processing efficiency, it ensures uniform quality of coffee beans through precise grading, effectively promoting the steady increase in the proportion of high-quality beans.
