近日，依托桥之家社区睦邻中心眉州路分中心居民艺术季平台，来自辖区内的青少年志愿者化身小小咖啡师。他们走出课堂、扎根社区，萃取醇香、传递暖意，以艺术浸润邻里，用行动践行志愿精神。活动搭建起成长与服务互通的桥梁，让志愿微光融入居民艺术季，共同铺展有温度、满是烟火气息的社区画卷。
这场志愿体验从一堂扎实的“课前课”开始。授课老师为青少年志愿者开设专题课堂，系统讲解咖啡豆品种甄别、冲泡手法、器具操作规范及接待礼仪。孩子们端坐聆听，不时举手提问，于好奇与专注中完成知识储备，也为即将到来的上岗服务打下基础。
“纸上得来终觉浅”，进入实操环节，专业咖啡师手把手指导小志愿者们磨粉、压粉、萃取、打奶。一道道工序循序渐进，从手法生疏到逐渐找到手感，少年们在反复练习中沉下心来。他们渐渐领悟，一杯好喝的咖啡需要耐心打磨，而志愿服务同样离不开用心、细心与持之以恒。
学有所成，便躬身服务。经过充分练习，小小咖啡师正式“上岗”接待居民。接单、制作、递送，流程不繁，却一丝不苟。每一杯咖啡都被认真对待，每一位邻里都被真诚迎接。浓郁的咖啡香与少年们明媚的笑脸交织在一起，成为社区居民触手可及的一份暖意。
“以前觉得做咖啡很简单，自己上手才知道每一杯都要花这么多心思。”一位参与活动的小小咖啡师说，“但看到邻居们喝到我做的咖啡时笑了，就觉得特别有成就感，下次还想来！”

Recently, relying on the residents' art season platform of the Meizhou Road branch of the Bridge Home Community Neighborhood Center, young volunteers from the jurisdiction have transformed into little baristas. They step out of the classroom, take root in the community, extract fragrance, convey warmth, immerse their neighbors in art, and practice the spirit of volunteerism through actions. This volunteer experience starts with a solid 'pre class' lesson. The teaching teacher has set up a special class for young volunteers, systematically explaining the identification of coffee bean varieties, brewing techniques, equipment operation standards, and reception etiquette. As we enter the practical stage, professional baristas guide the volunteers step by step to grind, press, extract, and milk. If one has achieved success in their studies, they will bow down and serve. After sufficient practice, the little barista officially "went on duty" to receive residents. The process of accepting orders, production, and delivery is not complicated, but meticulous. Every cup of coffee is taken seriously, and every neighbor is sincerely welcomed. The rich aroma of coffee intertwines with the bright smiles of the young people, becoming a warmth within reach of the community residents.
