北京顺义舞彩浅山脚下，藏着一家特别的咖啡馆，名为“默咖”。店主聂杨杨与丈夫均是先天听障人士，店名“默”寓意着他们那片安静无声、干净纯粹的世界。

去年秋天，聂杨杨被舞彩浅山绚烂饱满的秋色深深吸引，路过山下小木屋时，便决心在此扎根。丈夫专攻西餐十余年，她深耕甜品十几年，这对“无声”组合将对生活的热爱都藏进了食物里。开店虽难，但她说“有热爱就足够了”。

从小在母亲坚持下学会发音、靠助听器感知世界的聂杨杨，摘下助听器时，特别能理解无声人士的境遇“他们脑子里面的世界就是一切都特别安静，所以他们的内心世界也特别干净”。正因如此，他们希望“默咖”成为一个没有压力的空间——没有嘈杂，只有真诚的微笑、咖啡的香气和被窑炉烤出本味的菜肴，在这里大家能卸下防备、相处成为朋友。他们还亲手搭建了丰富的户外场景，郁郁葱葱的小花园可以打卡拍照，未来还将拓展更多区域，继续温暖每一位到访者。

Last autumn, Nie Yangyang was deeply attracted by the colorful and full autumn scenery of Dancai Qianshan. When passing by the small wooden house at the foot of the mountain, he decided to take root here. Her husband has been specializing in Western cuisine for more than ten years, and she has been deeply involved in desserts for over a decade. This' silent 'couple has hidden their love for life in their food. Although opening a store is difficult, she said, 'having passion is enough.'.

Nie Yangyang, who learned to pronounce and perceive the world through hearing aids under his mother's insistence since childhood, is particularly able to understand the situation of silent people when he takes off his hearing aids. "The world in their minds is very quiet, so their inner world is also very clean. For this reason, they hope that "Mo Ka" will become a stress free space - without noise, only sincere smiles, the aroma of coffee, and dishes baked in the kiln, where everyone can take off their guard and become friends. They also personally built rich outdoor scenes, lush small gardens that can be checked in and photographed, and will expand to more areas in the future to continue warming up every visitor.
