据云南发布消息，近年来，保山市以科技项目为引领，通过全链条布局、创新平台搭建、市场主体培育及人才支撑等多重举措，全面提升咖啡产业技术水平与市场竞争力。目前已累计争取上级财政科技经费4000余万元，实施科技项目13个，为产业注入强劲科技动能。
聚力科技项目，构建全链条支撑。保山市围绕咖啡种植、加工及副产物利用等核心环节，建立“省级+对口支援+市级”多级科技项目体系。省级层面持续推进4个在研项目，2025年新增3个省级重大科技专项，重点攻关高效栽培、精深加工等核心技术；对口支援方面推动上海闵行区项目落地，支持企业研发实现废水近零排放；市级层面立项10个项目，解决种植加工中的细分技术难题。
搭建创新平台，筑牢硬核支撑。保山市构建“产学研协同+高端平台+创业孵化”创新体系，通过腾冲科学家论坛促成校企合作，转化成果10余项，“咖啡种植大模型”入选2025年论坛十大学术成果。同时推动共建“云南省咖啡重点实验室”，完成5项核心研究，并支持企业建设省级“星创天地”，孵化创业项目20余个，带动企业创新投入超300万元。
培育创新主体，强化产业力量。全市咖啡领域已有11家省级以上龙头企业、11家规模以上加工企业，占全省42.3%。通过举办创新创业大赛，5家企业进入省级决赛，其中高老庄咖啡获一等奖并获省级奖补50万元。
强化人才支撑，夯实发展根基。保山市依托院士专家工作站、科技特派团等服务体系，攻克组培苗繁育、果皮茶加工等关键技术，并选派50余人次科技人员深入一线提供技术服务，为产业可持续发展提供人才保障。

According to a news release from Yunnan, in recent years, Baoshan City has taken technology projects as the lead and comprehensively improved the technological level and market competitiveness of the coffee industry through multiple measures such as full chain layout, innovation platform construction, market subject cultivation, and talent support. At present, we have accumulated more than 40 million yuan in scientific and technological funds from higher-level finance, implemented 13 scientific and technological projects, and injected strong technological momentum into the industry.
Juli Technology project, building full chain support. Baoshan City has established a multi-level scientific and technological project system of "provincial level+counterpart support+municipal level" around core links such as coffee planting, processing, and by-product utilization. At the provincial level, 4 ongoing research projects will be continuously promoted, and 3 new provincial major science and technology projects will be added by 2025, with a focus on tackling core technologies such as efficient cultivation and deep processing; In terms of targeted support, we will promote the implementation of projects in Minhang District, Shanghai, and support enterprises in research and development to achieve near zero discharge of wastewater; Ten projects have been approved at the municipal level to solve the technical difficulties in the subdivision of planting and processing.
Build an innovative platform and establish a solid core support. Baoshan City has built an innovative system of "industry university research collaboration+high-end platform+entrepreneurship incubation", promoted school enterprise cooperation through the Tengchong Scientists Forum, and transformed more than 10 achievements. The "Coffee Planting Model" has been selected as one of the top ten academic achievements of the 2025 forum. At the same time, we will promote the co construction of the "Yunnan Province Coffee Key Laboratory", complete 5 core research projects, and support enterprises in building provincial-level "Star Creation World". We will incubate more than 20 entrepreneurial projects and drive enterprise innovation investment of over 3 million yuan.
Cultivate innovative entities and strengthen industrial strength. There are already 11 leading enterprises at or above the provincial level and 11 large-scale processing enterprises in the coffee industry in the city, accounting for 42.3% of the province's total. By holding an innovation and entrepreneurship competition, 5 companies entered the provincial finals, among which Gao Laozhuang Coffee won the first prize and received a provincial bonus of 500000 yuan.
Strengthen talent support and solidify the foundation of development. Baoshan City relies on service systems such as academician expert workstations and science and technology special missions to overcome key technologies such as tissue culture seedling breeding and fruit peel tea processing. More than 50 scientific and technological personnel have been selected to provide technical services on the front line, providing talent support for the sustainable development of the industry.
